Panama is an enterprise of the Contemporary Food Lab. Our gastronomic projects, also including restaurant Katz Orange, finance our educational engagement, aiming at inspiring, connecting and expanding knowledge & consciousness. Our programme involves the online publication CFL Journal and the CFL Academy, offering workshops, field trips, lectures and events for all generations to highlight the relations of humans, nature & food.
We love the people we work with and want to encourage them to grow with us.

Panama’s identity is all about being inspired by the world out there without losing your roots and keeping elements of home. Starting in 2017, we will share our approach, our passion and our ideas. At the same time we are curious and willing to get inspiration and thoughts from people and places that we admire what they do. We are inviting chefs, sommeliers, bartenders & service staff to Berlin to participate in the sharing of ideas – and in exchange send our own counterparts abroad.
