Panama is an enterprise of the Contemporary Food Lab. Our gastronomic projects, also including restaurant Katz Orange, finance our educational engagement, aiming at inspiring, connecting and expanding knowledge & consciousness. Our programme involves the online publication CFL Journal and the CFL Academy, offering workshops, field trips, lectures and events for all generations to highlight the relations of humans, nature & food.
